This weekend is part of the “Organisational Constellations Training”, for students of the SPARK Academy who wish to be certified as Facilitators in Constellations in professional settings.

The programme may vary.
How we work
During the weekend, theoretical and practical parts will alternate. The theoretical component introduces the fundamental principles of Organisational Constellations and the main topics that can be explored with this instrument.
Topics include energetic blockages within one’s own organisation (company, association, foundation, NGO, etc.) or a work team, as well as questions about one’s individual role within an organisation as an employee.
The practical work consists of group constellations, where participants can either take part as representatives in the constellations of other participants or, for those who wish, receive their own constellation.
Phases of an Organisational Constellation:
- Clarifying the question
- Developing the scenic work
- Final discussion and dialogue: anchoring the constellation results in first steps
What we offer
16 hours of theoretical and practical instruction for anyone who wants to deepen their basic knowledge of the Organisational Constellations method.

- Management constellations: a specific format for teams
