    How we work

Organisational constellations are a practice-oriented format. They address questions related to energetic blockages within one’s own organisation, team, company, association, foundation, or NGO, as well as questions about one’s own role within an organisation.

Through a creative process, hidden organisational dynamics are revealed, blockages are resolved, and untapped potential is identified.

    Phases of an Organisational Constellation
    Clarification of the question
Development of the creative (constellation) work
Closing discussion and dialogue: anchoring the results in next steps

Depending on the format, the process includes theoretical input, group constellations, and collective reflection.

    What we offer

    Two formats:

Organisational constellations at SPARK with representatives:

This format takes place at SPARK and lasts 2 to 3 hours. The focus is on a specific question, which is explored and worked through in a guided constellation.

    Internal team organisational constellation:

This format takes place within the organisation and lasts half a day. It is particularly suitable for teams, leaders, or working groups who wish to address a question, tensions, or developmental processes directly within their professional context. The focus is on shared clarification, making dynamics visible, and developing initial coherent steps.
