We have a house reserved exclusively for our group.The accommodation offers single and double rooms with shared bathrooms.The menus for the retreat were designed by Pietro Leemann\, who studied Ayurveda and Chinese dietetics. 2 meals are served each day\, a brunch and a dinner. Our meals are freshly cooked with local\, organic ingredients. Please inform us of any food intolerances or allergies when you register.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHow to get there\n\n\n\nYou can reach Palagnedra\, Centovalli by car or public transport. From there\, we will pick you up by car and take you to Bordei.To best organise transportation from Palagnedra to Bordei\, we recommend arriving in Palagnedra at 5:00 pm.Alternatively\, you can choose to walk from Palagnedra to Bordei. The walk takes about 45 to 60 minutes\, mostly uphill.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat to bring\n\n\n\nNecessary materials:• Notebook and pens for personal notes• Hiking boots• Waterproof clothing for outdoor excursions• Swimsuit• Sportswear for yoga classes• Indoor shoes or socks• Pocket flashlight for possible evening walks• Information about your family tree (SPARK can provide you with a questionnaire to help with your research)There are no shops in Bordei.
